Microsoft’s Surface Duo 2 is a compelling dual-screen phone after at least nine software updates and a $500 price cut, but it works best as a secondary device : gadgets


If your expectations of it are a folding tablet, you’ll only be slightly disappointed with the gap between the two displays. The gap is supposedly smaller than the original Duo.

The rotation and screen detection is still a little wonky on the original, sometimes thinks only one display is in use or doesn’t want to rotate.
